In the state of New Hampshire there are a few large cities: Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Portsmouth, and Rochester. There are quite a number of apartments for rent in NH. You’ll find that many of the buildings in these cities are older and may have been remodeled or converted from large single family homes. Then you’ll want to determine the neighborhood you want to live in. It’s much easier to weed through the plethora of available apartments after you narrow things down a bit. After that it’s a good idea to interview the owner or management company to find out how the building issues are handled. If at all possible, talk to some of the tenants in the building to see how they like living there. This will give you a good idea if the owner/landlord is responsive and if there are any other issues like crime, or trouble tenants in the building.

There are some great apartments for rent in NH it’s just a question of finding the right one. You may want to consider enlisting the help of a real estate agent who will help make the search easier on you and typically know the local & state laws and are familiar with the neighborhoods.
